Well it wasn't meant to be racist. It would be the same as if the Ireland was playing Scotland them I would say. The Irish are coming. Still of think it's racist in any form report it and then the mods can decide

The term "japs" is commonly known as a derogatory term with negative connotations for the Japanese derived from the conflicts of ww1 ...and I wouldn't report you because I'm not a Gestapo but seeing as it's in a public forum im entitled to state my opinion highlighting the fact that it's a term that some might find offensive and it's not the same as your example of the "Irish are coming" as the word "Irish" doesn't have any negative connotations attached to it...now if you were in a bar in new York and you said the "Micks" are coming then any Irish present might well take offense at the commonly considered derogatory Irish slant ...just saying

emmmmmmmmmmmmmm ok that took a crazy twist very early!!!! im just going to say thanks for the support , hopefully we can turn in a performance and up our game a bit . Having said that wasn't overly impressed with S.A , the Japs (yes that's what i call them and no racism or negative conotations are implied) have improved a lot as have the likes of Argentina , im just hoping our handling and physical game will win us the day .

I seem to remember someone telling me it was to encourage attacking play. Score x amount of tries for an extra point.

Could be bollocks though.

Four tries gets you an extra point as does not losing by more than seven points

You could actually lose a game yet still pick up 2 points ...by scoring at least 4 tries and not losing by more than 7 points

I'm sure S.A are on 2 points , think realistically we are looking at the quarters as a good target
