Which club?

Now our child is older and can no longer be shipped off to granny overnight our chances of playing have become somewhat limited the past couple of years. So we have been discussing attending 1 of the Scottish clubs. Interested in watching to start off with then maybe if the mood takes Mrs joins a lady or maybe have 1 or 2 guys join us. Really just wondering from folk who have been to clubs which 1 is best. After8 probably the frontrunner as we'd have to stay over so a day out in Edinburgh before hand is appealing. Thanks in advance for any input

As cj's is currently in the process of moving your limited to after or Aberdeen, although Aberdeen is only the first Saturday of each month I'd lean towards Aberdeen.

But at the end of the day the decision is yours,if you need any advice about the club feel free to give me a shout

Perhaps try both Aberdeen and After8 when you can (and CJs when it reopens) and see which one you prefer.

For me After8 was disappointing as it was basically a social, but I do want to try it again on a regular night to definitively make up my mind.

I've yet to try CJs so looking forward to that, and we often go to Aberdeen as there's a good crowd there

I have enjoyed after 8 and I know a few people who have been to cjs and they spoke very highly about it.

By the sounds of it cjs is better (from what peoples feedback is) but after 8 is a brilliant night with good people in a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

Realise there will be a bit of luck involved as it can't be guaranteed who else will be there but are there any nights that tend to be better than others?

Aberdeen is first Saturday of each month,After8 you would need to check the club reviews and website,but depends who is there on any given night,I'd say Aberdeen would be your best bet,always lots of naughty fun going on

Id say dundee united,currently full of fannies or have i missed the point????
