Anyone know what this means in reality?

Flashing? To have sex while someone else is watching or sending sexually explicit e-mails or texts?

Ye read it again carefully this time. Don't think it applies to someone watching you consensually or consensually being on the recieving end of flashing at least I hope not

hmm the definition of consent means that both me and my other half have committed rape on each other at least once.

We've both interfered with each other while asleep.

She did it first mind :P

That's fine if there's only the 'flasher' and the 'flashee' present. Any third party in the vacinity - whether they're intended to be able to see the 'flash' or not could report the matter to the police.

Whether the police would take the report futher, especially if the complainant is the only witness to the event, is doubtful but more than one complaint would probably mean the cops taking an interest in the location (or vehicle index number).

realistically, the police are far more likely to persue a suppossed 'flasher' (if one random person thinks they see a hint of two people having some naughty fun and took offence that people have fun and complained) than they are to persue and convict a real criminal that has been proven to of broken into houses, attack innocent people and rob and mug at random. The real criminal could put up a fight and give the police some res#al work to do while the 'flasher', in reality probably one of two self respecting largely law abiding individuals that get a kick out of some fun outdoors, would give them an opportunity to feel like the big people and dominate and up hold every letter of the law without fear of a hidden blade or aggressive attitude. thats just my views. theres so much crime on the streets the police are all observing and monitoring dogging sites to keep out of the way.lol. rant over, sorry folks.

I wouldn't be offended if a female flashed at me. It would only encourage me to get my cock out and flash back in return

That'd be OK if there's only the two of you there and you trust that she's not trying to lead you on to commit an offence.

Ayrshire

I think that you would both be fairly safe, as the consent of both parties is there.

For a moment till I read the act I was worried this might mean an end to dogging in Scotland

the thing is, here in scotland, there are more puritanical laws attached to adult sex acts, not that i say dogging is an acceptable and safe pastime, lol-however as long as people don't do anything in public, likely to cause offence then nobody is any the wiser. Sounds like i don't know what I am talking about, but believe you me, there are a lot of puritans in this world, hence swinging is perceived by some as a seedy pastime, personally I don't have that view of swinging at all

It's not about Puritanism, it's about Presbyterianism and it's not about laws, it's about attitude.

So if a single guy sends an unsolicited message to a woman with a cock picture attached or directs someone they’re a sex offender

Quite possibly. If the woman reports it the PF might just take an interest.
