Depends on budget really. Lots of nice restaurants in Merchant City. Everything from seafood, Italian, Indian, Scottish and pub grub x

I also like TGI's, and I think Glasgow now has an Ed's Diner

Not city centre but the Black Sheep in Maryhill. Good wholesome cooking and VFM. Great reviews on tripadvisor. Just make sure u book a table a month in advance .

Bombay Blues Indian Restaurant in Hope Street(attached to Artto Hotel)is great Has Full Buffet option too with fabulous dishes to chose from.

last time I had a meal in there was March just before going to see collabro meal was yummy.

My recommendation is Grill on the corner in bothwell street bit more expensive but worth it

Two Fat Ladies is great as is The Three Sisters off Sauchiehall Street (near Kelvinway) & Jordanhill. Owner was on Masterchef.

Tropeiro on Argyle St is our fave!! Brazilian restaurant... All meats bbq'd and you can eat as much as you want, so tasty.....
