IS THE LACK OF SUMMER DAMPENING EVERYONES MOJO?

Jump to newest

A Galaxy Far, Far Away & Spain

I'm officially scunnered with the lack of sun. Even the countdown to my holiday in the sun seems to be dragging its ass & time going slower. My mojo has gone AWOL & I'm sick of wearing my winter jacket, having an extra topper on my duvet, & putting on the central heating when it should be off for the summer.

How can we get our spirits back on track & get some fun going?

Are you missing the sun & feel pissed off with grey skies?

Totally agree. Worst summer I can remember and I am an old git! Bought a weatherproof jacket at the Open Golf and never had it off.

Someone said yesterday that since Easter we have only had 6 full days without any rain. Total washout this year.

Shitty weather is not helping at all.. but this place is almost always dead during holiday season too, so even less banter..

Got to agree with you on this one, as a true flame headed Scotsman the great spinning yellow wheel of flame does not agree with me at all! Prefer a proper winters day, with a roaring fire to cuddle up in front of x

Another reason to add to my list. The banter level drops as we've all got SAD.

Gimme warm sun, taps aff, naughty thoughts & folk in the parks & beaches smiling & having fun.

I like this year. I get quite horny when out walking in the countryside on one of those close sticky days and it starts to rain. my thoughts can get quite wicked

Bad point of this year is def the lack of woman showing some flesh.

FFS, what a cheerful bunch! This is one of the most 'Scottish' threads in a while, moaning about the weather!

Sun or rain, we're not that bothered. Life is what you make of it and we don't let the weather get in the way of feeling up or down.

Could do with a couple of days of sun so I get the feckin' grass cut through!

Haha!! It is frustrating though when the only time off I have had has been miserable. So much for giving my neighbours heart attacks in my skimpy bikini

And my garden currently hates me with the lack of attention it's had. It's an absolute riot!!
