Accept Friends Request then Block?

Why do people accept friends requests then say they like your pictures and the next minute, you're blocked by them.

I can't work that out at all.

Is this quite common on here?

Depends if you've spoken to them before sending a friends request.

For us we state not to send random requests ,so if someone does then occasionally we will accept,have a nosey then block as it's clear they haven't read our profile,however you've said they said they liked your pics so not sure why they would then block you.

I only block if they are pestering me

I've met you and know that you are one of the good guys on here. You are honest and true and an excellent catch for any couple

It's a really frustrating issue. I've had folk wink at me, I'll mail them back and then they don't get back at all. Why wink in first place? Particularly irritating if you see a stays update along the lines of "give up - nothing happens on here".
