I do watch what I eat but still eat normal foods even if its not healthy just smaller portions. Helps keep me at a gd weight while I build my muscles

A house, a very big house in the country

Ooo maybe chips but homemade with fish and mushy peas. But this all depends on if im hungry. Appetites gone since yesterday
