Lacing up corsets.

A house, a very big house in the country

Watched a very interesting video online last night and realised I've been doing it wrong all along.

Also not the easiest thing to do whilst on your own.

The woman in the shop in Glasgow where we bought Peaches corset for TG spent a good bit of time showing me how to lace them up properly for her, made life a lot easier on the night for Peaches

Top tip for on your own.....

Put the laces over the door handles of an open door and walk forward adjusting the tightening laces as you go

Yes nothing worse than wanting to get your corset off and struggling, have been there many a time.

Don't you find though sometimes its uncomfortable to be wearing a corset whilst playing? The only one I seem to be able to wear is my underbust one

I was well warned not to play in a corset as I'd ruin it. I wouldn't chance it, but maybe in a basque or corset that isn't metal plated.

I need to be trained better with my corset! xx

If its a proper steel boned corset, it wont get ruined playing in it.......plus leather ones wipe clean with a babywipe......errrmmm, so i hear.

Wearing a corset makes your body feel and move differently its important to be laced in properly then checked after a while to readjust the longer its worn the more you'll get used to it . wish I had one

I will when I have the money though being in closet chance to wear will be limited would love one to wear while in bridal gown

I love my corsets, dont wear them as often as id like though, as mentioned its easier with someone to help tie it.
