Savoury?

So I have just polished off what seems like my fiftieth chicken salad for dinner in the lastI week.

I had pineapple and mango in it too.

So it got me thinking what do you all have in a salad?

Do you just stick to lettuce tomato cucumber or are you a bit more adventurous with your culinary tastes?

My favourite at the moment is crayfish and chilli salad - lettuce leaves, grated beetroot, sweet chilli sauce and crayfish tails. Lovely

Your choice of fruit in your salad has me thinking if that's a gd combo. I struggle to eat just plain old lettuce and tomatoes. Usually I would have mayo or salad dressing with it but that's not good so had to stop eating salad as I hate it plain. It's just not appealing.

But might just look for different ideas so I can eat salad again. It's nice and healthy and we all need more of that
