blocked mid conversation

Was chatting with fem half of couple (tho had my suspicious it was guy) last night. Chat going well, talk of getting together they asked a question then when I went to reply I was blocked!!????? Couldn't they just say sorry don't think it's actually going to work out?

I'm always willing to chat, and I can understand cold feet but always try to be friendly. different people expect different things. But then I don't take myself seriously and think every time I meet as a good thing. and maybe someone else to be a friendly person for. So feel free to chat... seems I'm about most days.

I get blocked from people I've never even talked to lol or I start hitting it off with someone and they delete their profile

I fully understand how you feel when people do something like that but it happens to most off us nice genuine single guys.

It happens , they contact you then after some chat they decide you are not for them or they get cold feet there's many reasons, some can't handle giving people a polite no thanks etc ....

That is annoying. I use the block button to self regulate a lot though. If there is a profile that I really like, but if after reading it turns out I would not be what they are looking for(e.g. a lot of profiles say NO BI GUYS) i will block so that i don't end up annoying them or keep looking at them by accident

I got as far as parking near a couples house when they blocked me. Some people on here are just bad people, some are just idiots. Most are decent. Toss them aside like yesterday's newspaper & find someone new & decent

i suspect it has happened to many of us. It is frustrating when it happens in the middle of a chat, but it is always possible that the hit the wrong button, as the block button is right next to the save button. It doesnt take much t send a mail to say sorry but i have decided you are not my type so wont be mailing any more
