Brought on by recent posts my _iews are mine and a fair few on the forums dont like them hey ho I'll live. But wont change them to suit the in crowd or feign intrest where I have none.

whats others thoughts on the happy happy got no opinion and will happily say what I believe others want to hear. Few examples running around this week and quite easy to spot (wish I could give examples).

for the minority that have their own opinions (place judgements instead if it makes you feel better) do these posts also get up your nose ?

Or would you rather just have the straight talk?

im quite sure this will get a few "just trying to cause friction" comments but I am just curious as to others thoughts

A house, a very big house in the country

I think sometimes it can get a bit "serious" on here. I think sometimes a little bit of lighthearted fun can go a long way but on the flip side sometimes the serious post can be the most interesting.

No body should have to keep schtum just to please others.....last I heard we had freedom of speech.

No idea, I'm lost. Damn Sat nav!

When I type out my reply to any posts on here they are my own words not anyone else's.. No one's holding a gun to my head telling me what to do or say.

Some people don't like what I have to say and that's fine but what does. Annoy me is the nitpickers

Just waiting to rip people apart just for having a different opinion to their own.

I'm personally not a fan of agreeable people mainly because I believe they're either not listening or interested. I'd rather have my own opinions, although I don't feel the need to push them on others. I'm not sure what recent posts you're referring to make comment on them

Couldn't give a feck about others these days but once upon a time it would of bugged me....I see a bigger picture now and look at things differently and don't let others concern me in any way. Don't take it seriously enough to get annoyed or offended etc etc .....

I always speak my mind on which ever posts i reply too or even start .

A forum is about discussing things that are light hearted and sometimes controversial topics but i do find topics can easily be taken out off context as people will think whatever they want to think about what a post means as i have found out on here and have even misread posts myself as we are not all perfect as some would like to think they are and i will still post my _iews liked or disliked as i class myself as an individual and that is what makes me ME.

E.K . Glasgow

Everyone is entitled to their opinion it would be a dull place if they we're all the same . Just wish some wouldn't twist it then try ram it down others throats .

Opinions are not worth arguing over sometimes life's to short agree to differ and move on . I get on great with folk with different ideas and opinions from myself discussions and banter are fun .

Absolutely no reason why anyone should alter their opinion to fit the "forum mould". We are all individuals and entitled to our _iews even if they are anodyne ones! 95% of the time I bimble along on here in my own wee haze but I do admit to irritation when it's obvious someone is chain rattling for the sake of it. I see no point in that at all.

My _iews are my own, and anyone thinking they can manipulate my posts is sadly deluded.

"Football and the independence debates brought out the bad side in some "
its not football or independance im wondering about its folks _iews on (my opinion) ass licking behaviour in the hope of gaining acceptance by a group or individuals even when it means not holding true to your own values even if through other means you can see their true values

Football religion and politics are just 3 subjects not to be debated publicly in Scotland as you can guarantee a good of punch up will follow

On a swinging site to can also add sex and the OAP ie ageism, sex and the married persons hiding behind single profiles In fact getting to tube stage taking about sex in general on this site can be quite controversial

Then there's the "I'm blocking you because you shagged such and such and I don't like her"

The list goes on

What happened to going to a party and swapping car/room keys and shagging whoever you pulled out the bowl things were so much simple then

I blame that Interweb thingy

Where's ma slippers

Angus & Findhorn

Over time I have seen & read it all on here and there is absolutely nothing that will influence me to say words that I don't believe in.

Nothing and/or no-one.
