Hey all I bought tickets for B to go and see AC/DC on Sunday but they have not arrived yet.

I'm starting to panic as the ticket company (ticket master) sent me an email today saying they will arrive in 3 to 5 working days.

Anybody have the same problem?

AC/DC Tickets arrived from ticket master in May

Have had many problems with other gigs & ticket master, Fleetwood Mac arrived on 15th June for 17th June

impossible to phone or get through to ticket master as the phones automatically hang up on you

Ticket Master are as bad as Camelot

Thanks folks. The tickets I booked were for the seating but as he has just informed me he would prefer to be on the pitch standing.

Can you please PM me just in case.

They do have a contact number, but it is pre recorded, you sit on the line for about 5 minutes listening to various option numbers to press and advising you to go online, then no matter what option you take, ticket masters phone cuts you off.

Are you sure you requested "postal delivery" or did you tick the "collect at box office" option

If it's seating can you not cancel the old ones and print new ones at home?

No defiantly delivery. I got an email yesterday about 3pm with a order number saying the tickets will be despatched within 3 to 5 days.

I did call the line but exactly as you said a complete waste of time.
