Thought so!

So can any of you horrible people recommend any decent pubs / places to eat in the town centre? Will be working near the rail station.

Papa Joe's isn't far from the train station, and if you like Chinese there's a Jimmy Chung's practically next door to it.

Plenty of cafes around for lunch and coffee, and there's Thai, Mexican, Italian, Turkish etc. depends what you fancy

Haha!

There's a restaurant that I love but it's up the far end of Perth Road, away from town.

But if you don't mind a walk it's worth a visit. It's a Turkish restaurant called the Agacan, and the walls outside are multi-coloured tiles. You can't miss it

Thanks for the info. Much appreciated. The Turkish one sounds right up my street.

Need to arrange a few socials now so I'm not trying all these on my tod!

It's not a huge place, quite small but popular.

There was a lunch social last weekend and I had a drinks night last month so may not be anything planned for a while but keep your eyes peeled
