I see alot of status updates from ladies looking for fit guys but what constitutes fit and unfit ??

Never see updates looking for normal average guys

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

For some fit is gym fit men with 6 packs who are toned. Often with the addition of tattoos

For others fit is handsome. A twinkle in the eye and something that makes you look twice

Normal is no more than a washing machine setting.

I wouldnt class myself as unfit / over weight or been smacked about with the ugly stick...others might disagree tho lol but on the other hand wouldnt class myself as fit never been in a gym lol so would normally just pass these profiles by

I assume when they write "fit" they mean gym-fit, like big and ripped as opposed to "reasonably OK looking with and OK body" This is probably why there are a lot of disappointed women around here....

Yes same here. Men don't ever refer to fit women and think those of us with a few extra lbs

I don't actually like referring to women as fit. I have other words for the type of woman that floats my boat.

I put 'fit' in my username and 'athletic' in my profile because I exercise regularly and am fairly toned, fit and healthy for a mid 40's guy. I'm not a tanned, musclebound oiled-up power lifter type of 'athletic' though. An individual's self perception can differ greatly from the perception of those viewing them, the word 'fabulous' being a case in point!
