Serious, can anyone recommend a decent massage therapist in central scotland, probably a sports massage. Been on the mountain bike a lot during the week and just woke up, body is in bits and stiff all over.

Google is your friend. Try a hot bath, might help ease sore and tired muscles. Also drink plenty of fluids
