I am looking to buy a new property in paisley but unsure of what the area is like. Looking to get an idea from people who stay there currently and could give me an insight!

Looking at new builds near the airport side of paisley so any info would be greatly appreciated!!

How come? I drove past a couple times recently to see what it's like and seemed quiet.

Ok maybe I jumped the gun - before the tenements were pulled down it was really quite a grim area - now it's all new build affordable housing. Does it have to be near the airport ?

Glasgow

Paisley's the sort of place you have to born into to appreciate the finer points.

Some days, you can't even hear the gunfire.

I'm not looking to be near the airport, just happens that this development is there.

Some of the flats around the area did look a bit run down when I drove past so wanted to know a bit more about the area

Some lovely houses built there,I believe it's ok to live there.

But it's same as anywhere there's good & bad
