It's a couple of weeks away and our training this year has sucked badly.

Miss kink and I are camping this year for an early start time on the Saturday.

Then staying on for the nighttime entertainment at the after party.

What's your training been like? when you starting? Are you staying for the party?

Mrs and I are volunteering on sat, having some apres mud sat night / camping and running/hobbling/swimming on the Sunday

Training is optional BTW

Done it last year . Over hyped over priced and not great . Done spartan and mighty deer stalker the latter the best by far . Trying total warrior this year

Last time out, I was a DNF.. Medical tent for 40mins or so, 5 bruised ribs and breathing difficulties....

Glutton for punishment. I will finish this time.

Miss kink had to stop because of my issues.

This time out were part of a team. "Mud skippers" head out 10am Saturday morning. Let's hope the weather is not so warm as today... Overcast would be ideal.

What do we think about the new obstacles...??? Cry baby is gonna sting!

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

Gutted, I was down for the saturday, but have had to withdraw following a car accident on the first of the month.

I'm still undergoing physio.
