So theres supposedly 2000 attending this ""cultural and heritage"" day today in george square ..,,,do people find it acceptable for this to go ahead ??....busy sat afternoon ..roads n businesses closing because of it ...n thats before the obv trouble starts once ppl are d*unk

Lets be honest all these marches and events. Just stir hatered. Time laws where brought in to legally stop them.thats where the issue is can't legally stop them.

It makes an arse of the bigotry laws for something that happen 325 years ago

Do you want a better future or stuck in the past ??

*everybody has a right to there beliefs and heritage and to celebrate it. But to ram it down people throats is wrong

depends on the peoples reasons for attendance how would we feel about armistace day being outlawed or the pink cancer runs like it oor lump it these marches have relevance to historical events

don't care if it's a protestant thing, a Catholic thing or any other religion, ALL these types of events / marches should be banned.

They do nothing except encourage bigotry and hatred!

I have been attending parades since a was months old never cause any trouble or hatred towards anyone everyone has different views and beliefs but some still can't let it go get on with your day and forget all about it

At the young rangers fan that got hurt at the old firm that's okay cause it was a Celtic fan than done it? I never said it doesn't cause trouble I said I haven't don't just tar us all with the same brush!! I was in a cafe on the morning of an Orange march.

Families all dressed up and seemingly enjoying a nice day out.

That was until I realized the songs the 4 & 5 year olds were singing were vile, hate filled bigoted vitriol.

The kids had no idea what the words meant, but the parents were really proud of them.

What hope do those children have of NOT growing up to be ignorant, hate filled bigoted adults and carry on the family tradition?!?!

and this violence dosnt happen every night of the week perhaps research the aim of this it certainly isnt to spew hatred at any denominatuon that view lies witb the folk saying it
