I detest flying completely shit scared of it so i get diazapam from the doc. It is only ten and it does take the edge of the fear and panic i feel. I would not get on a plane without it.

I am TERRIFIED but I'm the same - can't do without a holiday lol. I've been to relaxation classes, had diazepam, had several wines (which along with diazepam took the edge off a little lol) etc etc. Still scared!! Think my hubby is thinking of using a hammer this year lol xx

all sounds familiar I always end up with huge bruises on my right arm where she squeezes on take off and landing and insists on window seat but won't look out it because she panics if she does

Haha yeah my hubby gets a few bruises too but I NEVER sit at the window lol!! Each time I even glance in the direction of the window it always seems to be when the plane is turning and the wing disappears lol - I literally have to think nice thoughts to stop the panic attack lmao xx

More chance of being involved in an accident going to the airport than there is flying. Think of the amount of flights there are each day and how many accidents do you hear of safe as houses flying.

One of the airlines offers a fear of flying course to help people.

B doesn't mind flying and has done many trips. C on the other hand - not a fan. We do boats, trains, buses and cars. Lol! That's how we cope.
