Bi curious to Bisexual

when would people say that you have crossed from being bi-curious to Bisexual as it has always been something i have always been curious (but not bi ) about due to seeing a lot off profiles ( can only speak for female ones as thats all i look at ) stating they are bi-curious but when you look more into there verifications you notice the amount off females they have played with , so can anyone shed a bit more light on this as it might help me to understand more off the working's off bi-curious to bisexual
