... but does anyone know of a good, reliable painter and decorator in Edinburgh. Finding it really hard to get someone that's not too pricey and who does good work.

Come across this often through work smaller jobs murder to get someone to do them seems most trades want the bigger ( more money ) jobs . Try local papers Gumtree etc get a few quotes and check references some website's feedback not to be trusted .
