Do you remember Annie Lennox singing "No more I love yous"?

The original was by The Lover Speaks, and is well worth a listen. Very "of its time", all frilly collars and drama lol

A lot of the covers done for Sons of Anarchy are great, too. Often find yourself unable to recognise the track, but know that you do.

k.d lang's version of "The Air That I Breathe".

I think the album is called "Recollection". It's such a hypnotic arrangement & vocal without detracting from the original, with very subtle changes and some longer held notes. I seriously urge folk to check it out.

"Anyone not seen the Postmodern Jukebox version of Creep? Highly recommend a you tube search of it, utterly amazing!"

Haley Reinhardt was on American Idol season 10 where she came 3rd.

Great tip on a great version of Radiohead's Creep OP. I'll be sure to work my way through their other covers.

Have a listen to some of these covers:

Silver Lining - Bonnie Raitt (originally David Gray).

Love Hurts - Julienne Taylor

When You Walk In The Room - Agnetha Faltskog (yes THAT Agnetha).

It's Impossible - Mick Hucknall (also check out the Andrea Bocelli & Christina Aguilera version in Italian).

Alone Again (Naturally) - Diana Krall.

Just a few for starters. Great post.

Found Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox on Spotify. Looks like I've got loads to check out.

Most of the ones mentioned above also on Spotify.

(Oh & the Boyce Avenue tracks are amazing too!)
