How does fab and swinging effect your confidence.

I'm quite a confident person in general and comfortable with my body/looks but I could understand people being upset on here. For instance I got a message from a couple asking to meet and they asked for a face pic. When I sent it they blocked me lol. Now it doesn't bother me 1 bit but it must be upsetting to people who maybe are a little less confident.

Swinging clubs etc give my confidence a wee boost. I love being around people of all shapes and sizes and when most people are in their underwear, for me, it seems like you put all your hang ups to the side. I think all people have something attractive about them and what better time and place to find it out than a club in their underwear.

Performing in front of people also makes me feel good. I love people watching

So what does fab and swinging do for your confidence and how do you deal with it if it's a negative effect

I dont think this scene has changed me at all im still quite quiet and shyish around strangers ...and an outrageous flirt once i feel comfortable ...or had a beer

I think I'm quite a confident person in general. But I think the naughty, flirty me was just hidden during my marriage. Definitely believe post 40 (& post marriage) is much more fun .

As for body confidence I'm not so sure, but with the right underwear (i.e suspender belt to hide the mum tum ) I'm quite happy to play & be watched.

As a bigger lady I've found fab help build my self confidence.I am always surprised that ppl show any interest in our pics tbh.

My child is an adult now and knows I'm on fab, so I don't have that issue!!!

Still have a daily battle with body confidence, but there's and couple of guys on here who are helping me with that
