With for me... All I'd do is delete any messages from people outside my preferences..

If I meet someone at a party / club / social that's outside them I can get in touch with them.

I guess having it on works best for some people it depends at end of the scale your on if your hot well every Tom dick and Harry and possibly sally will try and get in touch with Ya
