Ok, you probably thought this was going to be a fantasy story, sorry to bore you....but... I do have a licence, have done since age 17 but am scared to drive, have been offered a car at end of year if I want it, but I need some refresher lessons, can anyone recommend someone, who has some patience, but can offer give me the kick up the arse I need???

If youve held a license for nearly two decades and have not driven, you wont have given yourself chance to gain confidence. Personally, may I suggest that you book in with a professional instructor and just "take him out for a spin"

just to prove to yourself what everyone else already knows...

Hey sexy - if your are serious give me a shout. Patience of a saint and all that... lol

Just got my niece back on the road after a years break - she lost confidence after a wee bump and no one else would sit beside her (with out taking paid lessons again!)

Had her driving down Union Street on the 3rd night
