British Summer Time (BST) starts at 1am on Sunday, March 29 – remember to set your alarm if you need to get up early on Sunday! I so hate that!

Last year I put the old fashioned analogue clock on the wall forward an hour before bed, the wife put it a further hour forward when she got up.... took 12 hours before anyone noticed.....
