Would appreciate any guidance on the how and whats best for getting a sunbed tan?

I have not got a clue as to what exactly you do,for example if you walk into one of these tan salons on the high street?

Best amount of time to spend for your first time etc?

T xx

use fake tan simples........wouldnt use sunbeds as sunbeds are dangerous........having lost so many to cancer i certainly wouldnt risk it for beauty.

Angus & Findhorn

if you do use it, seek guidance from the attendants, machines all differ depending on the sun tubes used.

depends on skin colour and tendancy to burning.

fair skins usually do about 3/6 mins and more darker skins 12 mins.

For your first session, would defo stay at the lower end, otherwise you will defo burn.

Depends what type of skin you have. You won't tan under sunbeds if you don't in the sun.

I always go for a tin of polish myself, rather than a sunbed, and at 99p a tin, it's great value..... dark tan or even dubbin works best

You being a trucker I suppose would mean that you only use it on your right arm from resting on the window, lol
