Bravissimo is ace. You pay postage one way. If something doesn't fit, ring them and describe how it doesn't fit, they are brill at figuring out which size or style to try instead over the phone. Loads of sizes and styles. No postage to pay for swopping either.

sorry just had to add this xxx

for anyone buying online or through a catalogue, you are entitled to return / swap the item for ANY reason (even if you've changed your mind) and you are entitled to a full refund of the item costs and the initial postage costs by LAW, this is called the distance selling regulations and all companies must adhere to it or face penalties

Shopping channels accept returns for whatever reasons, but they never return your postage costs unless the item is faulty. Same with many catalogues. How do you tackle them ?

"Shopping channels accept returns for whatever reasons, but they never return your postage costs unless the item is faulty. Same with many catalogues. How do you tackle them ? "

theres a few parts to this. Firstly, it depends on the company terms and conditions. If they dont make it clear who pays for the return of the item, then the company must reimburse you. If they refuse, all you have to do is make the item available for collection at their expense. A refund under the distance selling regulations is NOT dependant on the return of the item.
