Halloween social payments

Just a wee post to say that if payment not made by 15th September then you will be taken off the list... this is already a month past original payment cut off date so i think im being quite fair... Please if u no longer wish your space anymore then let me know.. that way i can mail people on reserve list.... I know we all lead busy lives.. but so do i and i dont want to be pestering people with mails asking why u aint paid... i lead a busy life too.... So please let me know asap if u wish to either keep or lose the place/s... Many thanks in advance DM xxxx

I AM TAKING IT FOR GRANTED NOW THAT THE 50PEOPLE WHO HAVE STILL NOT PAID (EXCLUDING THE ONES WHO HAVE MAILED ME) NOW NO LONGER REQUIRE THEIR TICKETS... I WILL BE STARTING ON THE RESERVE LIST NOW SO WILL BE IN TOUCH... AND PLEASE NO ABUSIVE MAILS IF YOUR SPACES GO... YOU HAVE HAD 6 WEEKS OVER THE CUT OFF DATE TO PAY.... I HAVE PAID THE VENUE SO HOPEFULLY I HAVE ENOUGH RESERVES TO BACK UP THIS PAYMENT... BIG THANKS TO THOSE WHO HAVE PAID SO FAR DM XXXXX

Hope you get people DM to cover your costs.

is it not about time that if people put their names down, are reminded to pay and still don't.. with not even the courtesy to advise be barred from future events.

was Atomic not possible out of pocket and now potentially DM

really poor show.. of course, there will be genuine cancellations... but courtesy costs nowt xx

If people dont pay the money for the socials then the kind folks like DM, Jacs, Atomic etc will not organise socials again..... so ffs get your wallets out and pay up!!

Dm and other organisers do well to run these socials.

A suggestion for this kind of thing happening in the future is advertise, take note of interest and the first however many 150/200 to pay get the places, this will save having a list, you will only have a list of those paid and say 10 on the reserve list...............makes sense.

Thanks for the support guys... i dont like to whinge and moan about the payments... i know folks lead hectic lives and do forget... but i have sent out reminders to people about it and put this post up so people know.... i live a busy life too and dont have time to keep sending reminders... i feel like a bloody debt collector!! and taj yes i agree wiht your suggestion... names down only when paid for!!... anyway no more ranting... im sure the venue will be filled up nicely... 7 weeks to go wooohooooooooooo DM xxxx
