Bought a sandwich for a homeless lass sitting outside Tescos last summer while I was on lunch break.

Not counting stuff like holding doors open n lending a hand to obviously struggling auld yins as that should be a given......

Old school, give up your seat on the bus ,every day common courtesy....is it dying out or is that just what all generations think as we get older?

Hope it's the latter!

"The last time you carried out a random act of kindness and what was it ? "

Tuesday night getting the last bus home from Glasgow a young guy was pleading with the driver that he had lost his bus ticket & was trying to get to Motherwell. Ended up paying his fare because the thought of him walking that distance on his own in that weather I would have worried about him all night x

"Refunding money which wasnt due to someone "

According the FCA, no, as long as it within the parameters of the guidance I follow.

If it wasnt missold why would they then be due a refund....according to fca mis-sold or mis-represented would be refunded.... no mention of if it wasnt mis-sold

Helped a woman carry her pram up stairs. She initially thought I was probably going to rob her, but I disarmed her with a genuine smile. Even got a hug for my trouble and a smile from the baby.

Glasgow

I came across an old lady who had fallen and broken her hip. I sat back to back with her for 45 minutes to make her comfortable until the ambulance turned up. Just as well she wasn't bleeding as it took almost an hour for the ambulance to get to her.
