Ever get up in the morning thinking I'm going to be really productive today! Sit down to have your caffeine fix to get you going and then next thing you know it's 3pm you've been watching utter rubbish on the TV and achieved nothing?

What's do you do to get your arse in gear?

I dont do anything i just go get another cuppa and enjoy some more rubbish on tv lol

Been working from home today (allegedly) thats it just gone 12 o' clock ..nothing done .... Best get started and get my arse in gear !!! ....could do with motivational ideas !!
