couldn't possibly say as never really spoken to many guys from Wales although the few I have spoken to were yummy.

So I guess my answer is there many sexy people all over the world just as there are not so attractive people lol

Have to say I love the Welsh accent on a lady and have served with a few Welsh lads and they are top blokes.

Need to do more research on which nation has the sexier women tho
