I always have a lemon handy when I make a chilli as it takes away the heat for my flatmate if I make it too hot. The girls I work with think I have no taste buds because I always have spicy stuff!

Put scotch bonnet in a chilli and south Indian garlic chilli chicken. Took both of them too far. Was nice but had me in tears was that hot
