"So what would you all make to make you feel nice and cosy as it snows outside? I have made for dinner tonight a homemade lentil and bacon broth soup, followed by a sausage and sweet potato casserole " This is pretty much perfect for a Winter's night. I must have been feeling a bit Spring/Summer like tonight - Pasta with Pesto, Crayfish tails and Mushrooms - and a rather nice bottle of wine! Colder weekend suggests Venison Sausages, Mash and beans - fantastic! | |||
