Most important thing about a pie - is that it is a pie - none of this Bonnet nonsense. A pie should have a base. Picked mine up today - from Kilmarnock's best butcher. To be served on New Year's Day, with seasonal Scottish vegetables, and some less home-grown bits and pieces that will be roasted.
