I dont know if people on here have seen it on facebook but its a nice wee idea

At 9.00pm tomorrow night to switch off your xmas tree lights for a 2 minute silence take a moment to honour these lost lives at this very sad precious time

I've also read that at 2.30 Xmas day about doing the same as a mark of respect

I always buy a special candle for each of our loved ones who won't be with us and light them on Christmas eve. Its a touching moment for us all, in the peace, before the festivities begin.

I hav 6 brother.s 1 sister and I am always alone when I go to grave side .but when I am there I am not alone memories with them at this time are always a comfort they grew flower.s but didnt want any laid at there funerals .any suggestions to what a could do !!!

We always take the money we would have spent on our late family and donate it in their names to a charity. Or you could give a wee gift to an old person nearby with no family around. We find it a great way of keeping our loved ones memories alive to us. You'll think of something appropriate I'm sure. X

I take a few presents to the Sick Kids hospital. . . It's not a huge amount but it may help someone smile and believe in Santa
