Jewellery and perfume are the classics but I like to buy tickets for the missus.....got her ones for Mrs. Browns boys and The Foo Fighters, best of luck

Tickets great idea! Can't say what to or if i did in case she peeks here later. As i was in town though thermals was the must buy, believe me, they can be erotic

Totally agree, if that is what you call worst day; turn TV on or read the papers!

Although trying to buy anything in Inverness would be challenging; great town amazing destination, but wtf would you buy, shops are helish! ... but would not add up to a worst day!
