I have seen a few break up and with any split it is sad to see. Some with dignity, some not.

Any break up is difficult on the heart but thankfully any time it's happened to me i have remained good friends afterwards.

The breakups I've seen where swinging has actively contributed have been in relationships where it was being used as an attempt to shore up an already crumbling relationship.

Swinging, like having a baby, should not be used in an attempt to repair the cracks in a relationship because neither will help.

Also when others get jealous and they try and get between a couple.... Nothing but.... Well we won't go there
