I've been working at sea on workboats for years now....decided a change is needed and I'm going back to diving!

Just wondered what your ideal profession would be if u could change it?

Since becoming redundant in 2010 I have tried in vain to raise capital to

1) gain an ROV pilot/ technicians licence

2) Hold an RYA skippers licence and tried in vain to start my own dive boat.

I am a bit old to do commercial diving but I am a technical diver or should that be trainee tech diver

I would like to do some sub sea work for National Geographic or Cousteau Foundation

I've got my inshore slippers licence. So can only skipper boats within 2014 miles of a safe harbour/anchorage!

Yeah sub sea diving tickets are not cheap....maybe one day I'll grow up and manage to save money to aquire it. Lol

My mate is an ROV pilot....he's on crazy amounts of dosh!
