Mother nature is an angry woman....pretty bloody windy oot there, some great lightning too!

Hope everyone stays safe, those on west coast who will get hit hardest!!

The roof was lifting & rattling at work today, not pleasant.

Glad I got back over the bridge to the lovely Kingdom in time for tea

Sea State

High or very high, becoming phenomenal.

Weather

Squally wintry showers.

Visibility

Moderate or poor.

Yep that's hurricane force winds...40ft waves expected. Not nice weather. Windows will deffo be rattling!

The storm is really starting to wind up here but it is not unusual - had a similar/worse storm last winter about this time which led to lots of trees down, power cuts etc. Luckily no-one killed or injured as far as I know.

I was out at sea fishing for prawns and lobster this time last year. Gale force 10...30ft waves. quite a buzz I must say.
