People are always saying how bad the forum is as in cliques, fluff threads and people jumping on the op over a simple question they ask

It's no different from the other forums for that, it happens usually depending who posts male or female or who follows who with the thumbs it can be unwelcoming

I've always steered clear of threads that don't interest me rather than start a row. That's often meant I've been very quiet for weeks at a time.

But as has been said, it's life. We can't ALL get on with each other ALL of the time.

There will be disagreements from time to time

Lets face it people put stuff on the forum to get folks advice, but when the advice they get isnt what they want or hope to hear, they dont like it,unfortunately thats life.if folk dont like ot then dont post.

And as for cliques?if you dont stick your tuppenceworth in then yeah it cam appear like a clique

I've been on the site a longer than most and have seen many people come an go especially here in the Forum

I've seen it a lot more clique than it is now

Threads tend to be more interesting now

Yes we still get topics that are going to be explosive and should be jumped on and closed a lot earlier than when the moderators finally do

Personally not into kiss, shag or avoid threads also as a club door steward I avoid threads that involve, religion, politics and football as these subjects are a powder keg in this part of the woods

Newbies asking questions.... They're not daft questions, how did you find your way around the site or swinging scene in general. You don't get if you don't ask

Experienced forumites too embarrassed to ask in case the clique put them down, be yourself if you don't know ask fcku the arsewipes

Anyway I think I've said more than I intended

In recap the forum is going through a resurge at present and as more newbies come in the better it becomes

Just drop the baggage and be yourself in here stop hiding behind your keyboard

We are after all in here for the same thing and it is fun so make use of the forum as that's what it's here for

Enjoy

Rok

"If only we could hold a vote and get rid of the religious bigotry threads, poorly disguised as being about football."

No, leave them. They're great for the block list

Anything that shows someone's true character is great. It's why I'm not a fan of giving advice on what people should change about their profile. I remember reading someone asking for advice in the past and his profile was pretty scary reading but after all the advice he was given on what to say, what pics to remove etc it just looked like a normal run of the mill profile when I don't think that was even close to an accurate reflection if the original profile was anything to go by.

Anyway, that was a bit of a derail lol
