just curious how many people actually have or bother with life insurance? Or if they only have it because of mortgage reasons?

I've had life insurance since I turned 18. Upped it when I took out my mortgage. Also have accident insurance. think it should be something that we should all have.

Nope, did have but stopped them all when plucked up the courage to say no. Insurance industry plays on people's fears and insecurities and then does everything it possibly can to avoid paying out either properly or timeously. Enjoy life while you're alive is my way. Obviously not for everyone tbough
