What the best or worst career move you've ever made?

Mine was coming out of the army too early and for the wrong reason

Mines was more about recruitment initiatives... I worked with scottish government (now parliament) and Graduates For Growth to bring graduates into global businesses and media... what an initiative, I was more a shrink than I was mentor ; it had some benefits but would never agree to do again - Graduates find ur own job and path is my moto now!

The worst move I made was leaving Surrey. I had an amazing job I loved, earnt double what I do now and so many opportunities. Miss it a lot x

I should have taken that job in Dubai when I was 21 but in saying that I wouldn't have had the life I have now so I don't have regrets.

Going for a shop floor manual working position after working in an office for 10 years. Best move ever.

Office - salaried job extra hours expected with no extea money

Shop floor - less stress same hours and overtine paid.

best decision ever.

Totally right now it's more like a admin job with all double work of paper work with the odd clinical procedure thrown in. Sad times x
