Bugger....just had the lemsip part!!! I'll have the hauf and jump up and down to mix it.....

I've had it for nearly a week now . Went into a chesty cough and all choked up

Paracetamol and lots of fluids for me

Jar of manuka honey get it in any supermarket get the highest rating you can find usually 10 or 15 it says it on jar it can be put in tea or toast but I just take a spoonful twice a day the stuff can kill mrsa even colds are easy works great they use it on medical dressings as well
