It's location...and how comfy and welcoming it is and how you're never far from a cat. Also my pictures and nic nacs....I'm an old fashioned soul.

Like jinty said the location is great. I love the size of it and the fact that it's an old house with period features. I love my fire and I'm getting one put in my kitchen in a couple of weeks so the house is really cosy.

But saying all that it's my family that really make it home

My fire place is the best feature. I don't like the area at all or the neighbours. I miss our old house down in Surrey a lot. However my boys are happy here so that's all that matters

The house is old and sits in a landscape heaped with history. Love the fire as well. Best of all I love watching the kids grow in it and I know they love it.
