I don't think saying something like 'the oldest woman I've had sex with was xx (or xxx for that matter)' shows a lack of discretion. Saying 'the oldest woman I've had sex with was xx and her name was .............' would show indiscretion.

Agreed, but Gent44 (above) mentions discretion. Giving someone's age without any other identifying information has nothing to do with discretion (or indiscretion).
