disappearing verification

Near Glasgow

Logged in earlier had two new verifications went into my mail checked that and went to display them on my profile and there was only one I've refreshed done other things and gone back and the other one is still gone anyone else had this problem

Only thing I can think off was it was on the mobile and I was veried last night maybe that was one and my phone hadn't updated
