Use snap chat and you can colour the face in and save the picture after by screen shoting

That's a but of a faff. There are lots of good apps on the market which will do this. On my phone I use pixlr. Free app and very simple to use. Also has some neath tricks for your "normal" photo's.

sorry took so long to get back one I used to use was aviary did most of the colour change shots on profile through it
