Been up for about an hour although not through choice. The blow was softened by the fact my dad made me breakfast lol. Got to love the old fart at times

Got the sausage in the grill (not an innuendo), a glorious buttered morning roll and the brown sauce just waiting to be smothered onto it.

Sadly then follows house work.

haha your a tad late ive just had bacon , links and square sausage, tattie scones, mushrooms ,beans and egg with 2 slice of wholemeal toast and cup a mocca it was lips smacking goooooood

Been up since 5. Went to the gym. Did the housework and soon heading for a swim with the kids. I'll be glad when it's bedtime!

Was up at 8. Roll n square sausage. Car tyre fixed. Shopping. F1. Work probs dealt with. Made a shepherds pie. Sore and knackered. Can't wait to see C for hugs, as he's been away with the lads this weekend.
