Ok, so I'm here looking for more than a one to one/threesome kinda thing. I realise holding out to be invited to parties may take time and I do intend to attend socials and things to get to know and make friends with people but I was wondering if it's worthwhile a girl like me going to a club?

Have any of you single ladies gone alone before? I don't know many people around here and certainly none I would invite to accompany me!

What club is better for singles?

from what I have read on here, Cj's seems to get very good re_iews for single ladies attending on their own, but it does border on mild hysteria at times.

but it is a very well established club with a lot of very sound regulars, so you will be looked after well.

pop Cj's in the search function of the forum and cast your eye. You will see threads for most nights, threads post the nights and that can be very reassuring for people attending, it can also put people off going as they can come across a tad cliquey but when you go, it's not like that at all. The hosts welcome and include

Get yourself to cjs one night you will be fine everyone is really friendly it's a great way to meet people. I personally love it Caroline & staff make you so welcome so does the people who attend have never seen a clique there as everyone chats to everyone.

Cj's and after8 are both very good clubs albeit very different,whereas cj's has more of a house party feel to it after8 is more of a "club"per say.id avoid aberdeen club like the plague though

Only thing I can think of is have a few social meets and build some contacts you then have the option to go with them or meet them there just on a someone you know to have a blether with basis.

We went to our 1 & only club this year & it was a bit daunting walking in as a couple never mind as a single. However once inside you'll find most people are lovely. Good luck, hope you enjoy.

Yeah a few people who go have sent me messages and someone from Edinburgh has offered to go with me. Everyone seems friendly. Did you guys have fun?

Oh and aberdour rocks-I'm a d bay girl originally! Always went through to the forries for drinks though!

Haha, fife houses & produces some quality peeps . Housing growing so fast it'll soon be dalgetyDour.

We went to The Hellfire Club in London, it was lovely, spotlessly clean (mild OCD lol)& staff were lovely , spent most our time blethering to them .

Heard lots of good things about Cj's but never found the time to go

It's the kingdom-we're all royalty!

My folks lived in the bay when it was only 2 streets in size!

As long as they don't get rid of the pony in the field next to st Bridget's church it's all cool! Lol

I've heard really good things about clubs in London. I guess cos there's so many more they do have to compete for customers.

I think CJ's seems to have the best re_iews so that will be my first choice. Maybe us fifers will make it there on the same day-I'll look out for you guys just in case! Lol x

I popped my CJs cherry not long ago. It was such a great night. The atmosphere was really good, everyone was really friendly and chatty (the alcohol helped haha). I got to meet some awesome people before it who gave me a lift up. I can't wait to go back when I've got the time!
